"It's been over a year since we started researching remodeling/building companies to trust with building our sunroom and deck. After four conversations and estimates, we decided Scott and Atlanta Builders would do the best work.
We designed together, permits were pulled and Rusty was present while every subcontractor was at our home. The various workers were pleasant to work with. Tracie (office manager + exceptional person!) and I did our research, compared notes and ordered what I would need. Due to health issues, some standard building supplies weren't able to be used so I appreciated the effort made to find just the right products. Tracie and I spoke almost every day as she kept me informed as to who would be at my home that day, what work would be done, approximate time they'd arrive, progress of orders, etc. She even met the final inspector at our home to make sure everything went smoothly!
Our roof was showing wear and tear, so while ordering shingles for our addition, the whole roof was redone as well. We also replaced our chimney cap as it was leaking water from storms. These were additional expenses but not ordered until we had agreed on a price and the work to be done. From start to finish, our build was handled professionally and courteously. The workmanship is exceptional!
It was wonderful having our Christmas tree in the sunroom and enjoyed family time on the deck. Since Mark has been ordered to work from home, a corner of the room has been his office. It's a beautiful place to work and relax. We absolutely love our new sunroom and deck and wonder what we ever did without it! There's nothing we would change - it is perfect! "73 Year old former Marine here, very picky and hard to please. Atlanta Builders pleased me and then some. From Scott Belanger who met with me initially to discuss the project which was master bathroom remodel to Rusty project manager to Tracie office manager, everyone was a pleasure to work with.
Scott explained every stage and detail of the project down to the last fixture going in. Rusty was on site every day working and making sure every detail was handled and carried out to his satisfaction and I can not say enough about Tracie the office manager, although she does a lot more than that. She kept me informed daily what the schedule was and who would be on site each day. She met with me to pick out tile and stone for vanity top and even helped to pick out plumbing fixtures, she was invaluable.
Needless to say I would highly recommend Atlanta Builders for any remodeling project you may have."

"First of all, I would like to thank Scott, Brandon, Rusty and Tracie for putting up with me while they remodeled/rebuilt both of my bathrooms. Every person that works for Atlanta Builders showed up ON time ready to work and if they were running late, I would receive a call from Tracie telling me when they would be there. Everyone was always polite, willing to listen to my concerns and work around any scheduling issues we had. With Atlanta Builders, you have a signed contract, which includes the work to be done and the cost.
Atlanta Builders took both bathrooms down to the studs. Thankfully, they did not have to replace the wall studs but they did have to replace one of the bathroom floors. This work was not included in the contract but Scott called with the additional cost. Brandon came in on the first day of demo and gave me the schedule of when things were going to happen (tile and plumbing), Tracie arranged the meetings with a tile expert and cabinet company. I love schedules!
During the construction, Scott would pop in to check on things and Brandon was always taking pictures to send to Scott.....making sure everything was going as schedule and done correctly. I thought I was picky.....Scott was worse than I was. His philosophy was, "If you do it right the first time, you won't have to do it again."
I am so proud of my two bathrooms, they look fabulous! I would not hesitate to call on Scott and his staff for any remodeling needs.

We contacted Atlanta Builders and Remodeling to open up our living room/dining room and build a detached 2 car garage with workshop. Scott, Brandon, Allie, and Rusty were the most professional, courteous, and caring people we have ever worked with. Their quality of work is remarkable. We received everything requested and more.
We are in awe of our new open living/dining area. We love well the crafted beams/column, our built in double ovens, cabinets and counter buffet. The garage is beautiful and matches our home exactly. They even corrected our drainage problem.
Everyone at Atlanta Builders and Remodeling made us feel as if we were part of their family. Someone was always available answer all of questions. Their work is exceptional! We will certainly use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We contacted Atlanta Builders about finishing an upstairs bonus room to be used as an additional bedroom. They provided us a quote within a week or two, and began work not long after we offered the project. My family and I were extremely impressed with the project coordination and constant oversight from beginning-to-end. All workers were extremely courteous, professional and friendly. The project was completed within several weeks, and we are very satisfied with the quality of work. My son absolutely loves his comfortable new living space upstairs. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a remodeling project, and we will certainly consider them for future projects!

We had a leak in our upstairs shower, and no one could find the leak. We were trying to sell our house, so we ran out of time looking for the leak. Atlanta Builders was able to find it and redid the shower. I was so worried about the tile work since we were trying to sell. The tile work is flawless. They were always on time, always nice, and cleaned up everything. I would definitely use them again!

"We are pleased with our home improvements. Allie always informed us when and what time the workers would arrive and she was always available for questions. We are near the Hapeville, Ga area after contacting Atl Builders & Remodeling they service many locations. Brandon and Scott gave us a estimate on the spot. We have rails of metal and wood on a small front porch that gives our home curb appeal as well as additional steps from our front carport to the mudroom. Our laundry room entrance encloses into a mud room, doors accessing front carport and backyard steps. Wooden steps accessing backyard carport and the awesome carport constructed with metal top and a concrete floor with metal side for privacy. I could not ask for a better company to work with considerably personable and dependable."

O.M.G. We can't say enough about the amazing job done by Brandon and the crew. They transformed our drab, dull, useless bathroom into a truly beautiful sanctuary where we actually enjoy (!) sitting in the tub with a glass a wine. "We had some water damage to our dining room wall due to overflowing gutters. Brandon came out exactly when he said he would, and he gave us a fair estimate of the cost and time frame for doing the repair and painting the entire room. I am so happy with my new kitchen counter tops and backsplash! It has completely changed the entire look of my kitchen. The old counters were twenty years old and so out dated, they just didn't look good at all. I had wanted to make the change for several years and now I'm glad I finally did.
I can say nothing but good things about Atlanta Builders and Remodeling. Everyone was so nice and eager to help. Allie was wonderful at coordinating everything and keeping me informed about what was going on and when. From the first time I called the office until the project was completed I was kept in the loop the whole time. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Atlanta Builders and their staff and workers for the excellent job they did in remodeling our kitchen. We talked to a number of companies and finally chose this company to perform the job. Scott, Allie and the whole team of workers who did the work were thorough and professional. We picked out the cabinets and counter tops that we wanted and worked with Atlanta Builders to schedule the installation. They demolished the old kitchen and hauled away all debris and items that we did not want to keep. The installers worked with us to be here on our time schedule and their workmanship was superb. This is the first time we have used this company but it will not be the last. Atlanta Builders did a major renovation of my bathroom and I was amazed at the results. Even at the start of demolition they were careful to protect my hardwood flooring leading to the bathroom and every day they left the area clean. There was the occasional glitch, as always happens in construction, but Scott was great about following up and making sure the work was done right. We now have the bathroom of our dreams. "In May of 2006, we moved into our home in McDonough GA. We instantly fell in love with the house even though there were some areas in need of slight improvements. Year after year, we completed project after project. Such as painting the entire house, removing the carpet and putting down wood floors. As well as putting in crown molding, a new front door with storm door and so on. Well this year was the year (2015) for our Kitchen to become the Kitchen of our dreams. Let me say we had been searching for cabinetmakers and granite people for over two years in order to get all parties in the same place for our kitchen renovation.
The first thing I did was have the kitchen repainted. We then had the kitchen floor tiled and a back splash put in which turned out excellent. Then we decided to complete the rest of the renovation, and have the double ovens and cooktop put in. That meant putting in a 220 electrical circuit in the kitchen. Therefore, I called in an electrician and he had to cut the ceiling dry wall to run the 220 circuit to the circuit box in the garage. We were told in advance from the electrician they do not repair dry wall, and that I would have to find someone to repair the holes in my kitchen ceiling. We did contract someone to do the ceiling repairs, but he informed me he would repair the holes but dry wall was not his expertise. When my wife saw the “finished repair job”, she was not a happy camper.
That night was not a restful night for me knowing my wife was unhappy. So accepting my short comings I went to Home Advisors. I instantly started receiving calls from contractors. All or most wanted to redesign my kitchen with their design, not ours. We wanted our dream kitchen not theirs. But behold I get this phone call from Allie of Atlanta Builders who ask me to allow Scott Belanger her boss and a remodeler/contractor come into my home. He will set you free and guide you straight with a design that suits “you” the homeowner. Therefore, we made an appointment. At this point I had no reservations or expectations because all the other contractors not letting us use our own design. They wanted to remove cabinets, open walls, and take up my newly tiled floor. On the day of question, I was in my driveway when this grey truck drives by my house it goes up, turns around, and parks next to driveway.
The second Scott walked my driveway and introduced himself, I knew he would be my contractor from that point forward. We stood in my garage and talked about my kitchen. Scott asked to see the kitchen. I had yet to mention to Scott the repaired ceiling in the kitchen. I had been telling my wife for a week that once we got the kitchen done no one would notice the “repaired” kitchen ceiling. The second Scott walked into my house from the garage in a loud roar he said “who in the world did this to you kitchen ceiling”? He then told me if we choose his company he will not leave until that ceiling is corrected. I explained to Scott how the Kitchen was my project until we put the new paint on the wall. Then my wife took over. It became her project. She had crown molding and a back splash put in. Scott then sat down with me and wife and he put “our” ideas down on paper.
One week later Scott came to us with his estimate. My wife and I determinant that Scott’s estimate was more than fair. We proceeded to ask Scott when did he want his first payment, and when could he get started? Well it was on from that point. Two days later I had cabinetmakers in my kitchen measuring the walls for custom cabinets as well as our bar and our new island. We also requested cabinets for our new double ovens. Two days later my wife and I was at Poppin Rock looking at granite. Scott made it so that we were not inconvenience throughout the entire remodeling process. In fact I truly felt as though I was sitting in my family room and watching the whole process on HGTV. I sat and watched as my dream kitchen unfolded before my very eyes. It was my honor to have Atlanta Builders& Remodeling, Inc. in my home. Scott, Allie, Brandon, Steve, David (just to name a few), Thank You for making my (our) dream a reality. I have you all on speed dial for my next adventure.

"I just wanted to say what an absolute pleasure it has been working with your group! After contacting 4 other remodelers who gave many different estimates we decided to go with you guys! When Scott came on site he was the ONLY contractor to look underneath our deck as we were having our back deck screened in as part of the job! I knew then that this company was thorough and trustworthy.
We had new siding, new windows, new gutters and a screened in porch! The house is now the envy of our neighborhood and I hope you get alot of jobs from the work here! "The first job ATLANTA BUILDERS did for us was several years ago and I knew right away that Scott Belanger and his crew were people. I could trust and I know they will do the best job for me and my budget. Over time ATLANTA BUILDERS has repaired a chimney chase, installed custom windows on our screened porch, replaced a door, moved electrical, installed a new door way and bathroom window and made a new double door cabinet entrance with two sliding shelves under the kitchen counter. "Atlanta Builders added a garage, glassed in the old carport, added additional cabinets in an old 1970s kitchen, installed granite counters in the kitchen and guest bathroom and added a bathroom in the new garage. This was a huge project, but we were not in a hurry to get it done. We just wanted it done right. Scott and the entire crew at Atlanta Builders worked with us to bring our ideas into a beautiful reality. They were helpful with suggestions and brought in ideas we had not even imaged.
One of the reasons we worked so well together was that Scott said many times, "If it is not right, we will fix it." True to his word, when the wood floor in the in sun room started to ripple, he and his crew sanded it down, varnished it (4 times!) and now the floor is just beautiful.
The most difficult part of the entire project was to add on the garage, but to make it look as though it had always been there. Scott searched for three months to find the exact same brick. This was not an easy task as we had used old chimney brick! Scott and his workers came through. No one can find the seam. The brick matches perfectly and the work is flawless.
